Special ingredient: Condensed Milk
This thick and creamy ingredient is what gives this pumpkin pie recipe its creamy texture. The sweetened version of the condensed milk adds the perfect amount of sugar to the pie without significantly increasing the calorie count. Because condensed milk is milk you still get plenty of essential vitamins like vitamins A, B6, B12 and C along with calcium and potassium.
